It's that time of year. Time to go shopping for a new bathing suit. Is there anything quite so depressing as trying on swimsuits in front of those huge dressing room mirrors under that flattering florescent light? When I'm in a dressing room trying on swimsuits, I'm just sure that some kid is going to crawl under the door, see me half naked and be traumatized for life. Or worse, I have an irrational fear of the fire alarm going off in the store and being forced to emerge from the dressing room and out onto the street in an ill fitting bathing suit. I can't think of a more embarrassing situation.
Of course you have to try on swimsuits with your underwear which is just lovely if you wear big granny pants and have to tuck your underwear up into the legs of your suit to see how it will really look on you. And it's nearly impossible for poor pear shaped people like me to find a swimsuit that fits on both the top and bottom.
So, when Lands' End asked me if they could send me a swimsuit to try on in the comfort of my own home, I was interested. I was interested, but I still rather doubted they had any suits that would fit me and look less hideous than a hippo in a tutu nice. I took a look at the Lands' End website. I'd never shopped from Lands' End before and was very pleasantly surprised by their huge selection of swim wear. Not only do they have many items from which to choose, but they have so many attractive styles and a huge size range. Because I can't manage to stick to Weight Watchers for more than a week at a time, I still have to buy plus sizes and let me tell you, finding a flattering suit in a larger size is no easy feat. Lands' End has pages and pages of possibilities, however.
Of course, they also have normal sizes too. They've got everything: Slender Suits designed to flatter a variety of body shapes and make you appear slimmer, Mix and Match Separates (perfect for pear shaped people!), one pieces, tankinis, swim shorts, swim skirts, mastectomy suits, cover-ups, bikinis, custom suits, and more! They seriously have something for everyone.
That's my top up there! It fits because I was able to order a size smaller on the top than on the bottom. It has underwire too, so I won't have to tuck my boobs into my shorts.
OK, now here's the awesome part! You, my wonderful readers, can win a $100 gift card to use on Lands' End swim wear! That's right - A HUNDRED DOLLARS! You can go to your local Lands' End store or use it online. (I recommend using it online and trying your new bathing suit on in the comfort of your own home.) How awesome is that?
Just leave me a comment and I'll choose a winner on Wednesday, May 7th at 10:00 PM central time. In the meantime, check out Lands' End's website and pick out your favorite suit! Happy shopping!

«Oldest ‹Older 1 – 200 of 827 Newer› Newest»Hi Dawn,
Here's my comment. Hope I win!!
I would love a Land's End swimsuit that can hold my boobs up. Oh, for the love of nursing. Thanks Dawn.
Oh, pick me! Juliana@JulianaGordon.com
hope I win :)
Lands End has such awesome clothes - I would love to win! They have the best baby clothes, too.
Hi Dawn,
You so make me laugh! I personally don't tuck my boobs the bottom of my bathing suit. I just carefully roll them up like a cinnamon roll and shove them in my top. Now THAT'S a nice look!
I never win anything, so this isn't as much an entry (unless, of course, you want to pick me) as much as a thank you for making me laugh every single day.
So, what kind of "fruck" do you have? I gotta tell you: I didn't really hear Brooklyn say the "r" in that word!
Kris in Maryland
Ooh what a great giveaway! Thanks! Even though I am NOT looking forward to being in a bathing suit, I DO need to buy one....
OK I have lost 22 lbs and would LOVE a new suit....
KGlashauser@hotmail.com
Hey Dawn. Being pregnant I could really use a good swimsuit.
Me please. If my child tries to pull down my ratty suit one more time I am going to flip =)
Here's my comment! *Fingers crossed*
Ooh! I hope I win! I love Lands End shoes!
Ohh, I would love to win! Land's End is the BEST!!! :)

Ooh - that would be PERFECT!
At the end of June my hubby are sneaking to FL for 3 days, leaving my three babes, whom I have NEVER been away from over night (they are 4, 3, and 18mos).
I desperately need a swimming suit...I have to wear my maternity suit...yes, I said maternity suit....to our Tuesday morning swimming lessons. :)
Mama could use a new suit!!
Hmm... I lost 80 pounds last year and could definitely use a new suit!
Love the blog...
ooh ooh MR. Kotter Mr Kotter pick me:) My nephew used to like to go to Frucky Fried Chicken:0) Love Lands End
Lisa Mc
cool I could really use a new suit. LOL And a new body to go with it. LOL
no WAY! there's no way i could be lucky enough to win :) but, the Lord knows i'm in dire need of a new suit, and one that has a little extra tuckage [you know, tucks you in]. i may have to shop there even if i don't win. thanks Dawn - AWESOME give away.
Wow! $100! Should I tell you why I think I should win? I am a 28 year old military wife. My husband and I have a 9 year old daughter and an 8 week old son. My husband left for his third tour in Iraq two weeks ago. I am a full time college student going to school to teach high school English as well as an elementary school substitute teacher. I have huge breast feeding boobs that need to be held up, as well as a ton of sagging, stretch marked belly skin that I desperately need to find a suit to hide. I'd love to win but if I don't, oh well. I won't be the first person to wear sweatpants and a baggy t-shirt to the pool. :) BTW, you really help me get through my days with your humor. No matter how hard my days are or how stressed I am, you make me laugh at least once a day. Thank you.

Hi Dawn! Thanks for always making me smile! I loved the video of Brooklyn! One of my sons is named Tucker...you can imagine what we heard when other kids were just learning how to say his name!
I love Lands End...they have the greatest kids clothes. I highly recommend the water sneaker type shoes for kids. They are so easy to get on even when feet are wet! And I would be lost without their winter gear for my boys! And they have a great return policy!
A new suit would be great...being able to try it on at home would be even better!
I am looking forward to your book! I hope your book tour takes you through western Massachusetts!
This offer is just what I need. I was planning on wearing my maternity swimsuits this summer (I'm not pregnant)! My youngest is ten months old so I really shouldn't be pulling the "just had a baby" card anymore.
Great Blog Dawn, can't wait for the book.
mcrain@the-i.net
I hope I win!
my daughter also used to say that I drove a fruck when she was a little younger, but she would leave out the "r", needless to say I would not allow her to say what I drove until she could say it correctly
Lands' End suits are great. Especially for those of us who wear plus sizes. By the way (just because I know you're the grammer queen and you would probably want the spelling to be right on your blog) it's Lands' End, not Land's End, even though the second one would make more sense. I love your blogs and enjoy all the laughs I get.
Brenda in SC
I would LOVE to find a swimsuit that's flattering enough that I don't have to wear basketball shorts and a large t-shirt over it. :)
At least you can stick with WW for a week, I do well enough to stick to it for an hour. Maybe that's why I have to buy Plus Size. The last suit I bought was before my son was born and he's almost 3 but I bought a year before I was even pregnant.
I have triplet boys they all used to transpose the "c" and "v" in the word "covers". The word was "vocers" but that is exactly how it sounded!
kathyvest@yahoo.com
Oh....Land's End. Never shopped there before...just dream of it. LOL.
Thanks Dawn. You're great.

have mercy on me!
Pick me!!! Pick me!!! Thanks for always making me laugh!!
I'm almost 5 months post baby and all I have is my maternity swim suit!
Pick me! Pick me! I would never be able to spend 100 bucks on swimwear! That would be so great. Besides I lost 30 pounds so I deserve a new swimsuit right??

What a great giveaway. Thanks for the info about the awesome Land's End swimsuits Dawn!
Last time I went swimsuit shopping was when my oldest exposed me during Mommie and Me swim lessons. I had to get one with a racing back. My oldest is now 10. I think I'm going to need something with new elastic because my 2 yr old is more mischievous and we are starting swim season soon in Texas!
I would love a new swimsuit. I haven't bought a swimsuit in years... since before I had kids. How pathetic is that?! :) So the after kids body doesn't look so great in the old suit. Thanks for the chance!! :)
ooohhh......hoping I win and they have a suit that fits my pear shaped bod!
here's hoping, and crying, and wishing, and hoping...a new suit that could give me the illusion of having the boobs of a 20 year old- that's worth hoping, crying and wishing for.
Hi Dawn,
I don't know that I need a suit any more than these other deserving moms, but being 28 weeks pregnant with my third child, the sad fact is that it will be necessary for me to purchase a new suit once this little one is born. As we Moms know, with each child comes an addition of excess belly flab that refuses to go away no matter how hard you work at that stubborn area. I don't want to blind people AND make them vomit at my excess skin, so a new suit to hide the girth will be a must in August!
ooh, hoping for a new suit this year-- my first summer post-partum... and of course nothing fits like it used to. Sigh!
Oh no! You've created a new fear for me.... I never thought about the fire alarm when I'm trying on swimsuits! I'd love to try one on at home.
Hi Dawn,
Have I mentioned lately just how beautiful your children are? How's that for a comment? Have a great day :)
freebiejunkie_07@yahoo.com
dawn - i love your blog & i love lands' end! it would be great to win your contest. i would prolly choose m.b. or kimbalaya, but i'll enter anyway in case you draw an entry from a hat. thanx for all the laughs!
Very cool! Since Land's End is owned by Sears, I'm betting you could ust the gift card there as well...
I despise swimsuit shopping too. Hooray for trying on suits at home!
What a nice prize. I was just looking at the Lands' End catalog today and saw a suit I like.
streitmatter95@msn.com
Yahoo for Land's End suits - they are for real people not stick thin models!!
And Yahoo for Dawn - a real mom with real kids!
Did you say cute plus sized swimsuits? Oh man I hope I win!
I'd love to win!
I'd love a new suit!
Yeah! I've been looking at their suits for a while wondering if they could do the job of holding everything together...
I could really use a new swimsuit...I need to get a special mastectomy swim suit which costs me a little more...and with a pool in the backyard, Id love to get a new swimsuit! I love reading your blog. I cant wait for your book too!
lmkishi@yahoo.com
Wow... I don't think I've purchased a new swimsuit in about 10 years..lol. About the last time I braved going into a pool and torturing the eyes of those around me...lol. Well.. here goes with the comment and I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!
Thanks Dawn!!!
Rhonda
I really need a new swim suit. Mine is from WalMart and it's four years old. I even wore it the summer I was pregnant.
Pleeeeeeeeeeese!!! Let it be me!
What a great give away. I like their suits too.
Ooh, I love Lands End.
Hey Dawn,
Six kids - check
Granny pants - check
Skin rolls (everywhere) - check
Stuck to something other than WW and finally lost some of the pudge the kids put on me - to the tune of 60 plus lbs.
Still have my mongo - swim mumu and don't want it to fall off while swimming. So a new suit would be awesome.
Thankz for the Laughs.
Hi Dawn I'd love to win!
Thanks!
Kelly K, Conneaut, OH
A swimsuit...with an under wire!?
I need one!
Love that top! If I win can I copy you?
Now that is an offer I could use. My suit is about 6 years old, and looks it, but I get too depressed at just the thought of buying a new one.
Thanks Dawn!
..waves hand.. oooh! ooh! mr. kotter! mr. kotter!
(please tell me you got that)
I could certainly use some assistance in the swimsuit department - and we're heading for our family's first REAL vacation since kids... please pick me!
Pick me, pick me. I was just asking my hubby if I could pick out a new suit from them.
I love Land's End, and I really need a new suit. Please pick me! Please?
I need a new suit.
Pick me!!! Although I will be honest I probably won't by a swimsuit, even though my youngest is almost 5 and I am still wearing a maternity suit...sad I know. I'll end up buying shoes, they always fit without the need to do gymnastics to get them on. Although the thought of not looking like a floral painted hippo is tempting. Thanks escirish@yahoo.com
I LOVE Land's End bathingsuits and winning one would be even better! I have been wearing their suits for about 9 years and they are the best! They really do what they say they are going to do(push things up and suck things in) and they don't snag when brush up against the side of the pool.
Thanks for the contest! 'd love a good Land's End swimsuit that fits! I had one 10+ years ago and it was the best suit I'd ever had. After two kids I definately need a swimsuit that can help me look slimmer and support the droopers!
I would love a suit that didn't show my jelly rolls! ;) Love your site.
Land's End seems to be the only store that understands this issue. $100 would be great!!
Sue
Ok Dawn, I dislike bathing suit season as much as you. After 3 kids my body just does not look the same. Hope to win the $100 so I can order in piece, without the comments from my husband about money on clothes! Just because he wears shirts and pants with holes (how does this happen, by the way, to everything they own in less then 3 months of purchase?) does not mean I can not attempt to look decent!
Thanks,
Nicole
Here's hopin'...
So why don't we get to see a picture of you modeling your new swimsuit? ;-)
Hello Dawn,
I would love a new suit. LE had the best clothes.
Thanks,
I love Land's End, pick me, pick me!!! :)
Hope I win!
lisa1145anne@gmail.com
Oh great, now I am going to be thinking about the fire alarm every time I go in to try something on LOL.

Pick me, me, me!!!!!
Love, love, love Lands End. The last suit I bought was from them, but that was a few years ago because one, they're more than I would normally spend and two, I hate to look at myself trying them on!
I'm desperate for a new suit this year so count me in on this one!!
Melissa K
LOVE Land's End swimwear...I've been buying them for years.
I am smaller on top, too!
Jen
I've had a Lands End suit, perfect fit! www.suellenyoder.com
I'd squeeze my tushy into a swimsuit in public if I got it for free!!
Thanks for offering this contest. Maybe now when my kids ask me if I'll swim with them, I'll be able to say, "yes!"
Land's End bathing suits are my favorite. There is a pink and white polka dot one I'm wanting this year but hate to drop the $104 on it. Pick me, pick me! ;)
Hi Dawn,
Thanks so much for putting this awesome offer out there for all of us! I would love a new swimsuit. I also have six kids (with another one on the way in September)... so maybe a few of my kids could get a new suit as well. It would definitely help our budget a lot! Thanks again.
bethyann92@yahoo.com
We just signed the lease on a house with a POOL! So I need a new bathing suite ~ Dawn you could even come for a visit. You love Fla right????
I'd love a new swimsuit for those "lazy days" of summer...yeah right!
Land's End swimsuits rock! I'm the opposite - smaller size bottom than top...
I too love their swim wear! It's fantastic quality!
Lands End is Awsome!!! I love thier clothes!!!!!!!!
Love their stuff....and I have my 20th (yikes) HS reunion this summer...in Florida! :)
ugh. swimsuits.
... but it's the only thing that identifies from me differently that the beached whales ;)
I love Land's End and have purchased many items from them. I would love a $100 gift card. Great giveaway.
Yaay! Love giveaways! Thanks, Dawn!

dawn,
i agree. i love their suits. i asked the hubby to get me one for mother's day (of course a bathing suit is a terrible gift unless you are a size 0....) but hey, their suits are really nice, so i thought it would be a great way to ease into the summer swimsuit season. anyway, thanks for the great givaway! patti
Here's my embarrassing fire alarm story: There is an awesome playroom in the children's section of our local library that I go to when I need to kill those sometimes gruesome hours between nap and dinner. One day last fall, while my older two children where happily playing dress up, I nursed my very ravenous 7 month-old. By number three, I was pretty much okay to nurse almost anywhere. She was (and still is) a very talkative nurser. It was rather adorable until the fire alarm went off. Not only did I almost loose my entire nipple to her sudden clench down (those three tiny opposing teeth can do damage!) but had to quickly and calmly lead my half princess/ half construction worker 2 year old daughter and my postman/ power ranger 4 year old son out of the building and onto one of the main thoroughfares of our town. Alright, not so bad, another adventure of life, right? Nope, little C was still hungry, so I had to finish nursing the unbloody side there. Of course she was very interested in everything going by (cars, fire trucks, firemen... lots of firemen) so she'd pop off, smile then reattach to finish up, lifting my shirt up every time! Good news though, it was just a false fire alarm.
Wonder if they have a suit to hide my saddle bags.......something else to love my grandmother for...of all the things she could share! I would LOVE to have a new suit, and thanks for the give-away even if I don't win. You are always thinking about your readears....and we love you for it!
I'd love to win, but does it have to be a swimsuit? I highly doubt with my 'body shape' there is anything that's flattering for that 'still looking 5 months pregnant' flabby look. I've only been carring that around for 2.5yrs now and YES it's still "post pregnancy weight" ;-)
Tracey M
yeah for free stuff! Pick me!
I haven't had a decent swimsuit in years. And two kids in two years really stretches the body in funny directions.
Ooooo My wife would love that. She had a baby last August, and (because of strech marks) wants a one-piece. Sad thing is her one piece from pre-baby won't fit anymore because she's actually lost another dress size!
Please pick me! I'd like to make her week!
oh yeah!
I need a suit so I can join the Y so I can start to lose weight. I am over weight and need to use the water exercises to get started
grandmatomato@yahoo.com
Well, being a single mom I can always use a gift card, so here's my entry. Great give away Dawn. I just love your blogs.
Yeah Land's End!!! Glad to know they recognize talent when they see it!
The only time I HAVEN'T worn a Lands End suit is when I was pregnant! I love them, although my current suit is about 6 years old....I could really use a new one! ;)
I would love a suit that would hike the girls back up to where they belong! Thanks!
I would to find a suit that I don't have to tuck things into!
My boys are 5 and 7 this summer so we're moving from backyard pool days to pool pass. Is $100 enough to buy magic? I think that is what it will take, along with the miracle, to make me look acceptable for a public pool. You'd think I'd be in better shape with a 20 year class reunion coming up. Come to think of it, I could use a magic/miracle for that as well. Any ideas?
tole@houseofcrawford.com
Hi Dawn,
For the first time ever we joined a pool this summer. Well we actually got the membership at a fundraiser auction for my son's school, but the point is that I will be forced to appear publicly in a suit multiple times this summer. Help! Did I mention that my son's classmate(whose mom is a pilates instructor) also goes to the pool. Ahhh...
51 comments already? Well, it's worth a try anyway, I guess.
If I have to wear a swimming suit in public, it should be a good one. Thanks!
I love Lands' End!
Angie
Oooh, just in time for the vacation I am taking at the en of the month!!!
I would love a bathing suit that can actually contain my boobs and hold them up! I was mortified last year when a lifeguard mentioned that my "headlights" were pointed in different directions. I didn't even realize what he meant until my husband pointed out that my right nipple was pointing to the floor and my left nipple was pointing to the ceiling.
What a great giveaway! I haven't been able to find a swimsuit I like in several years. Thanks Dawn!
I'm a big fan of Land's End. And yours, too! :-)
llegaspi91@yahoo.com
I'd love to win, so PLLEEEZZZZ pick me!
Now that I could use. I have 3 boys who love to swim and I don't have a swimsuit that fits (or I feel comfortable wearing).
I love lands end! :)
Holy cow!!! That would be so frickin' awesome, especially when my bathing suit money is going in to my gas tank!
Wow! I would love a nice new suit! One that maybe I don't feel like I have to cover up with a big t-shirt even!!
mastinhome@yahoo.com
Really really really need a bathing suit that does make me look like a flying squirrel in drag!
Oh the horror of bathing suit season! I love summer but hate having to find a suit that works.
Have heard great things about Lands End suits but haven't ever had the extra cash to dole out.
A lot of my Mommy friends have Lands End suits! Would love to "keep up with the Jones". I don't buy myself expensive stuff, and let me tell you, I think $100 for a swim suit is quite pricey! My Mom bought a swim suit one year from a cheap-o place and we were swimming when we noticed the back was totally see through! She was a touch embarassed as my Dad had never noticed or told her about it. Just like a man. I am sure he would have noticed had the lady on the next blanket over had a see through suit! Oh well, my experience with Wal-mart suits has not been the greatest! There is sure to be someone else with the same suit who clearly looks better than I do in it. I wonder if my husband notices that!
By the way, I love your blog and have been reading from the e-bay auction. I have 4 kids and am a stay at home mom and surely related! Thanks!
I love Lands' End bathing suits! I own two tankinis. They are great for the pear-shaped women such as us. Last year I purchased a suit that had a built in skirt which hides my multitudes of sins. I've shopped Lands' End since the early 1980's when they had their only outlet on Elston Avenue in Chicago.
Thanks for the opportunity to win.
I hope you love your new suit! I'm pregnant so I'm not sure if Land's End can suit me for this summer, but it's worth a shot! I read your blog often, I'm glad I'm not the only one - you make my life and my 3 1/2 kids feel a little bit normal!
Desperately in need of a new swim suit, and would love to be able to find one in the comfort of my own home!
Hey Dawn,
We live in Florida and I am always on the endless search for that perfect bathing suit! Thanks :)
I LOVE Land's End stuff! And I could really use one to hide well... everything possible this year!
I've NEVER commented any anyone's blog before! I guess all it took was the chance to get a new Land's End swimsuit. They're simply the best :)
I love Land's End and their virtual model.
I like the swimsuits you highlighted.
I hit 40 (HARD) this year, and could use a "slimming" suit! Thanks for pointing me toward Lands End
Land's End and LL Bean are the two best stores around as far as quality and customer service! And you're right, the swimsuits are flattering.
I love Lands' End. They are so nice and helpful when you call them on the phone also.
i love that brown one- the shape is really cool.
i got a one-piece lands end swimsuit a few years ago and its' lasted forever! unfortunately, it's gotten a little tight. they make quality clothes, though.
wow a hundred bucks? really very cool I am 30 this year and still wearing a swim suit my mom passed on that she hated from gee ten years ago lol! Love your blog Dawn keep it up and dying for the book.
Why do we pay to count points??? I'm with you on the Weight Watchers Weekly Diet Plan, so I need a suit just like yours!
Thanks for all you do!
Oh please please please. We are going to Florida (Disney World) and well they have pools there (the GALL!) and I don't have a swimsuit to wear. Like you I am trying, but I am a pear shaped girl myself, so finding the "perfect" suit is hard. I would love to win this. And you really wouldn't want me to go to Florida in an ugly unflattering Walmart suit would you? LOL The price of that trauma could be on your concience forever (just kidding!) Thanks for the great contest.

Oh, I *love* Lands' End! I've shopped with them for years :). Please enter me! Thanks--
I can't believe it. My daughter spent an hour browsing Land's End looking for a bathing suit yesterday. And now I find out there's a chance to get her a bathing suit for free! Count me in your drawing, please. rkm559@juno.com
I'd love a shopping spree.
angela
Momma needs a new swimsuit. Our neighborhood pool just open and I have nothing to wear.
Wow! i need a new swimsuit!
Sarah
God Bless Lands End! The first year I ordered $400 worth of bathing suits and tried them all on in the comfort of my home. I sat, stooped, and did everything short of filling my tub and jumping in. I settled on 1 but would love another one (but damn, they are expensive) so pick me!
wow. how fun!
thanks for doing this... it will come in handy as i'm well on my way to losing 200 pounds! i have over a year to do it, but so far, so good.
:)
I can definately feel your pain of trying on swimsuits. $100 for a new one would be great. Hope I win.
I love Lands End suits! The tankini is the best invention - covers your tummy but with the convenience of the two piece (you don't have to struggle with it to go to the bathroom).
Dawn - Awesome give away. I bought a suit from LE last summer and LOVE it. I don't know if I'll every purchase another brand.
I've been eyeing up another one: Women's Beach Living Solid Side-tie Swim Bottoms in red with the Women's Beach Living Chainlink V-neck Halter Swim Top, also in red.
Those swimsuits are so cute!
I am embarrassed to say that I gave up swimming several years ago after Baby #4 (and Baby #6 just turned a year old!)
I'm pear-shaped, too, so i feel your pain!
I think I'd be brave enough to go out in something like this...more covering!
And doesn't Land's End have the lifetime guarantee on their clothing??
I don't think my outlet mall suit from 2001 is going to cut it another summer...

I would love to win! I search for a new bathing suit every year and still have not been successful. having kids just moves everything around! Pick me! :)
Hey Dawn...sending you love for all of your entertaining blogs. Read them every morning!
Hi Dawn,
I'd love to win! My six month post-baby body would love a land's end bathing suit!! Thanks for the opportunity!
I REALLY need a new suit this year. I love all the mix and match stuff from the website.
I love land's end swimsuits, just never could fork out the $ for them. My kids would rather eat :) Count me in. Thanks!
Love,love,love Lands' End!
I'd start shopping for swimsuits but I'm not convinced winter is ever going to end here in northern Wisconsin!
I really don't know what shape I am anymore. It's somewhere in between Shamu and Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man:( Land's End swimsuits sound like an answer to many women's prayers:)
I LOVE Land's End. They have the best return policy, if you are not 100% satisified they take it back no problem. Also, if you use Upromise College Saving Program (upromise.com), they are a participating vendor. Double score: great clothes that fit my body shape and saving for my daughter's college education! They also make wonderful children's clothes that actually fit my daughter.
Swimsuit for poor student!
Well, I really wanted to win until I read the comments. Now I want M.B. to win!
Thanks, Dawn!
I am short waisted and pear shaped! I would LOVE to get a new swimsuit! Thanks!!!
I love Land's End! Hope I win!!
I need a swimsuit with a recent move to the coast of TX!
I would love a new suit before summer gets going. Thanks for writing your blogs! They are a lot of fun to read.
I hate shopping for a suit in the stores...maybe shopping online would be better!
How neat...We have a pool and live in the south, so of course I live in my suit all summer. Would love this!!!
Wow, a new swim suit? I could FINALLY take my kids swimming and not have a bath sheet wrapped around me until the very last second I get into the pool and back on me the very minute my mid-section emerges from the pool?
Great giveaway!
I can always use stuff from Lands End! Especially a new swimsuit to hide my flabby buns, hips ands thighs!!
pick me pick me!!
I'm leaving a comment! I always have a hard time finding something that fits because my boobs are so big!
Would love a new suit, especially since I am stepping out of my box and doing a triathlon in July! And I am not thin, not by a stretch, just competing for myself and other women with REAL bodies, cellulite and all! Anyhow, would love a new suit that I won't fall out of during the swim!
BTW, LOVE your blog!

My husband wear's LE dress shirts and loves them - they're cheap enough he can justify having them monogrammed. But I would use the gift certificate for me.
You can also buy LE stuff at some Sears stores and you can return things there even if you bought them online.
Land's End is my dream...keep trying to come up with a way to get one of their bathing suits b/c everyone I know who has one, LOVES IT! And after 3 kids in 4 years, heaven knows I need the help in the bathing suit department! ha! :)
Hey Dawn..
Pick me-- love Land's End~
Hope I win
What perfect timing. I just found out from my 15 year old son and my husband that apparantly I need to "tone it down a bit." I go to the gym 3 times a week and starve myself while watching them eat cookies and ice cream......all for...."you need to tone it down a bit. Now don't get me wrong, I had my son very young, and have always taken pride in the fact that I am one of the better looking moms on the PTA, um I mean, that my son can be proud of the way his Mom looks. So I started looking at Tankini's. Ok, I can suck it up and wear one of these. Its not like a one piece, right? I show my husband...."Babe, I like you better in those skimpy bikinis." "You are going to look like an old lady." WHAT?! Help!? Maybe Lands End could Help me?
Oh, that would be so awesome! We have a boat and take it out most weekends (although with gas prices that may stop) during the summer. We live in Pa so it's cold here the rest of the year. Anyway, I could really use a new suit for the boat.
I'm so glad you got a new suit - you totally deserve it. Land's End IS pretty superfantastic for Moms, especially Moms who don't want their daughters looking like hoochies!
Mwah!
I do need a new suit. Here's hoping I win and can get one.
OMGosh, I would love to win the gift card! I am pear-shaped and never can find anything that looks remotely like proper swimwear!
Thanks for all the good tips, Dawn. And for being so darn funny! I love to see your blogs, because I know I'll laugh!
just had baby #2 and need! need! need! new swimsuit.
Hi Dawn-
I would Love a Land's End swimsuit. They have so many options, I love it. I just bought a suit for my 1 yr old too, and it is great!
Sign me up to be a Land's End winner!!!!!!!
OK, this would be great for those of us shaped like broccoli florets, too -- the total opposite of pear-shaped!! Big on top, small on bottom. And before you go wishing that YOU were like that, too, believe me, it's no picnic either. :) Thanks!!

Hello Dawn,
Okay so I belong to the "BEACHED WHALES" club after having 4 children within 5 years! If Land's End has swimsuits that really do fit, I am willing to give it a shot!
Have a great day!
Allisha
WOOHOO, been wearing the same bathing suit for 7 years now, it's been through 2 pregnancies.... I think it's time to update lol..... Pick me Pick me! :D
Ok, so my family is going to Mexico in June and I have been DREADING!!! (and I seriously meant that to be in all caps!) the horrible swimsuit buying adventure. Winning the $100 would be great, and I am all for the "trying on in my own home" option. And the underwire top....amazing!! Cuz I used to believe that having small boobs would save me from sagging...not so much. It looks like a golf ball in a sweat sock...SO attractive....let me tell you!!! So, thanks for considering me and have a great weekend!!!
They do have some great suits. Thanks for the giveaway!
wow, i just started reading your blog and you're already giving me $100!!!
I would like to enter the drawing!
I must have one of those swim tops! I hope I get picked!
